There comes a moment when a nation must decide—
Will mental health remain the work of a few, or become the capacity of many?
This is that moment.

ABOUT THE MOVEMENT
AnchorED 1M is a national movement to train and certify 1,000,000 Mental Health and Well-being Coaches in the Philippines within five years.
This is not an awareness campaign. It is a scalable mental health governance strategy—designed to democratize how we train, certify, and deploy mental health responders across the country.
A Philippines where every school, barangay, and workplace has someone trained to listen, respond, and care.
To train 1 Million Anchors—equipped with skill, structure, and compassion.
Six pathways. One movement.
Mental Health & Well-Being Coach
A comprehensive coaching certification that prepares individuals to support emotional well-being, resilience, and recovery using ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices.
Mental Health First Responder
A frontline responder certification that equips participants to recognize distress, provide immediate support, and activate appropriate referral pathways.
Recovery Coaching Track
A trust-based recovery coaching certification focused on supporting individuals recovering from substance and behavioral addiction through ethical, non-clinical, and relapse-responsive accompaniment.
Peer Mental Health Coach
A peer coaching certification that trains students and community members to provide safe, stigma-free peer support within schools and communities.
Neurodivergent Coaching Program
A specialized coaching certification focused on supporting neurodivergent individuals and families through strengths-based, inclusive, and affirming approaches.
Socio-Emotional Learning
/ TRAUMA-INFORMED TEACHERS
Educators shaping safe, emotionally aware classrooms.
One Day. One Region. One Movement Forward.
In partnership with LGUs, school leaders, church groups, and civic organizations.

Why This Moment Matters
The Philippines does not lack compassion. It lacks enough trained anchors — people who stay present without controlling, support without shaming, and walk with others when recovery feels fragile.
IMG 4 TIWALA is where those anchors show up.
Build a local mental health system. Train community responders.
Develop peer coaching systems. Train teachers in trauma-informed care.
Sponsor seats. Multiply impact through donor-match.
Build resilient teams through trained mental health responders.
