As part of Isang Milyong Gabay 3 – Baguio and the official launch of the TIWALA Recovery Coaching Movement on March 15, a select number of schools are being offered a rare opportunity to become official BLOOM Mental Health Schools through a special Donor-Match Support Program.
BLOOM – the Whole School Mental Health Program is a comprehensive, year-long ecosystem designed to integrate mental wellness into the everyday life of a school. More than a one-time seminar, BLOOM provides continuous assessments, certification pathways, coaching support, and leadership capacity-building. It equips teachers with practical tools, empowers students with emotional resilience skills, and engages parents as active partners in care — transforming mental health into a shared culture rather than a standalone initiative.
Through the generosity of mission partners, 90% of the annual BLOOM subscription is fully subsidized. Instead of the regular ₱500,000 investment, selected schools will contribute only ₱50,000 (10%) for a full one-year subscription with unlimited access to the program’s resources and support.
This initiative aims to accelerate the development of emotionally safe, resilient, and well-supported school communities across Baguio — ensuring that no learner, educator, or parent has to face mental health challenges alone.
These donor-match packages are designed for Local Government Units (LGUs) and private organizations seeking to build long-term addiction recovery and mental health capacity within their communities.
All donor-match packages include access to certified training program licenses under the AnchorED 1M / Isang Milyong Gabay Movement. These licenses are used to train and certify community-based coaches, first responders, peer supporters, educators, and frontline workers, strengthening recovery systems beyond treatment facilities.
All donor-match packages provide access to the following five (5) certified training programs. The number and mix of licenses are flexibly allocated based on the capability priorities of the LGU or private organization.
