These donor-match packages are designed for Local Government Units (LGUs) and private organizations seeking to build long-term addiction recovery and mental health capacity within their communities.
All donor-match packages include access to certified training program licenses under the AnchorED 1M / Isang Milyong Gabay Movement. These licenses are used to train and certify community-based coaches, first responders, peer supporters, educators, and frontline workers, strengthening recovery systems beyond treatment facilities.
All donor-match packages provide access to the following five (5) certified training programs. The number and mix of licenses are flexibly allocated based on the capability priorities of the LGU or private organization.
